AutoScout24, Germany's best known online car market, enlargens its management team: the company will be lead by three managing directors in future. New managing director Alberto Sanz, 39, will be responsible for sales and marketing from July 15. Spanish by birth but with Austrian roots, he held a number of positions at eBay in recent years, most recently as Country Manager Austria and Switzerland. Before that, he was Vice President Marketing & Business Development Europe at Mobipay, Madrid for some years.
New managing director André Stark, 42, will be heading up products, IT and finance from July 15. Stark joins us from T-Mobile International, where he was last Senior Vice President in international product management, handling amongst others the European rollout of the T-Mobile G1.
The company's strategic management remains in tried and tested hands with Dr. Nikolas Deskovic. As managing director and speaker of the management, he is responsible for strategy overall and AutoScout24's international holdings.
Dr. Martin Enderle, the Scout24 group's CEO, says, "I'm very happy to welcome André Stark and Alberto Sanz as two excellent managers for AutoScout24, completing the management team. Together with Dr. Nikolas Deskovic, they will push the company's success story ahead."
